refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any payment.

   Refund Policy:

  1. Refund Eligibility:
  • Refunds will only be considered in cases of accidental overpayment or payment for an incorrect student account.
  • Any refund request must be made within 30 days of the original transaction date.

    2. Refund Process:
  • To request a refund, please contact our Finance Department at finance@rishividyaschool.com or call us at +91 860 562 3456.
  • Provide the transaction details, including the payment receipt and the reason for the refund request.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days.

       3. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Application fees, once paid, are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation by the User:
  • Once a payment is made, it cannot be canceled.
  •  Please ensure that you double-check all transaction details before making a payment.

    2.Cancellation by Rishi Vidya Educational School:

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues, Rishi Vidya Educational School reserves the right to cancel a transaction.
  • If your transaction is canceled by us, you will be notified, and a refund will be processed according to the Refund Policy.
